LaundryMy experience with any brand's automatic detergent dispenser is that water fills it up in order to push the detergent into the washer. If it's not pushing the detergent out, that's a different thing. Are you using powder or liquid? I believe these dispensers are meant more for liquid detergent than powder, as powder is likely to clump and cake. My personal preference is to bypass the dispenser entirely and put the detergent directly into the machine, either on the bottom before the laundry goes in, or over the top before or after the washer fills.

LaundryHey, Jemrey, I understand how frustrating this must be. Thank you for taking the time to share with us how your Bespoke washer is having issues with the dispenser. While it is normal for a small amount of water to flush the dispenser to ensure all detergent enters the drum, it should not remain full of water or dilute your detergent to the point where the "low level" sensor never triggers.
To help resolve this concern, take a look at the troubleshooting steps below. It goes over how to clean the dispenser, to level the washer, and a service repair, which would be the last resort.
