Hello Members_sGviC57,  thank you for reaching out to the Samsung Community. We understand how concerning it is to see an unfamiliar error code on your appliance. I believe the ACH2 error code indicates a communication error with the power control board. By any chance, is this washer-dryer combo a Samsung AI Bespoke model?
Troubleshooting Steps for ACH2/AC2 Error:
1) Perform a Hard Reset: Unplug the washer, wait 5–10 minutes, and plug it back in to reset the control boards.
2) Check Power Source: Ensure the washer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not an extension cord, to prevent voltage issues.
3) Check for Component Failures: This error can sometimes indicate a failed main PCB or inverter, particularly if the error recurs immediately after a reset.
4) Inspect Wiring: If the error persists, there may be a loose wire harness between the main board and the motor control unit. (Which we recommend contacting a professional appliance installer.)

If the ACH2 code persists after these steps, please send us a private message with your full model code and serial number so we can look into further service options for you. Click here to message us.
