After 5 hours of trying to register my new appliance on the Samsung ive given up. Everytime I type the serial number in and hit continue, the screen just freezes and nothing else happens. Doesn't matter if it's on the app or website. Worst website/app usability ive ever encountered.

Hi, Matt3724, and welcome to the Community! We understand your concern with trying to register your new appliance and have encountered issues. We would love to help. 

 

The warranty that comes with newly purchased appliances is tied to your model and serial number and based on your date of purchase - as validated by your bill of sale. So, even if the website is having an issue, any warranty that comes with a Home Appliance would only need to be confirmed if service is needed.
