Samsung Parts were not helpful and said the part did not exist. However, I went to the local Loweโs store and the drying rack was inside the display model but it did not have a part number to order. The manager said it should have come with the dryer. So after many hours of trying to track this down, I still have nothing.

The dryer rack is inside the exact model that I purchased, a Samsung MultiSteam MoistureSensor SmartThings model DVE50BG8300V. Here is a picture of the rack in the dryer on the Loweโs display floor. The rack itself does not have a model number but clearly fits this dryer.
