WD53DBA900HZA1 - Lint Tray Replacement, Part Seemingly Unavailable From Any Source

Like others who've posted in this forum over the last two years, we have a Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Combo Washer/Dryer, model WD53DBA900HZA1. Like those same posters, we need to replace the two lint screens, part numbers DC63-03135A and DC63-03136A.

Samsung Support says to reach out to Samsung Parts. Samsung Parts say to reach out to Samsung Support, because these parts are currently listed as "no longer available", despite being parts for machines currently on sale.

Other posts in this forum marked as "solved" are not solved in any way visible in this forum, leading me top believe they're either erroneously marked as solved or have been solved quietly and privately, which is great if you're not trying to find the answers here. 

Has anyone found a way to source these filters made of unobtanium?

This machine is unbelievably expensive. It also is unbelievably dangerous! The lint gets stuck in back plastic housing. This causes the air not to circulate to dry your clothes. The machine needs taken apart every three weeks regularly. We clean the lint filter after every single wash. We also do the cleanings needed when shown on screen. This is a defect in the washer and needs recalled immediately. I don’t believe this is a fire hazard per say. The heat pump I don’t think gets that hot to cause fire. It could though.

So I have literally searched all of the internet, and I cannot find a replacement lint filter Anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get a lint filter replacement for my Bespoke Washer Dryer combo machine? 

I'm also having issues with the dryer not drying completely when the cycle is finished. Any advise. I have called support a few times now and they continue to cancel my appointments. I assume they have no one to work on this machine In my area.

Hello @BossMomWifeLife and welcome to our community! I certainly understand the frustrations you are experiencing and would be delighted to assist you. Most of the time, you would need to reach out to our parts department directly for any parts questions. However, due to your unit being a specialty product, and the fact it's not drying the clothes properly, the unit will require service. I would be happy to look into why your tickets keep being cancelled and get you set up, so we can get your combo unit working properly again 🙂 Can you send me a private message with the full model code and serial number of the unit as well as any ticket numbers you have been given?

I am in need of DC63-03135A (rear lint filter) for WD53DBA900HZA1. The filter screen has started to come detached from the plastic frame.

I've been keeping an eye on the Samsung Parts site for over a month and the availability date for this part continues to be pushed out and there is no other availability anywhere online.

My machine is less than a year old so I would like to request a replacement for this part. Thanks to anyone who can assist.

Still nothing, been waiting since June and expected "in-stock" date continues to get pushed out. Nothing aftermarket available either, very little on eBay. Wondering how such a seemingly common part for a current machine can be out of production already...
