Then almost a year later the machine stopped working
I got it fixed. $150 for the technician to come out to see it the $300 for the part.
After it was fixed I can no longer find the settings for the auto soap dispenser. And the auto soap dispenser does not work anymore. I paid another $60 for the tech to come out. I was told to pay $500 to replace the soap dispenser housing. I might as well try an LG washer this time.
Sorry to hear ๐ if I was you Since you know the part you need, I would just order it and do it myself. You would be shocked how easy it is to replace. And if you buy the part from Samsung parts, it will probably be way cheaper.
