S20 System Configuration Update?

I can't tell if this is a valid update on the S20 System Configuration Update? It's not showing under any setting including the Software Update settings. It's this a valid requirement?

Under More Connection Settings, the "Auto Update system configurations" is not under that menu

In mine it's at bottom has a on or off toggle

Hmm let me see if I can find it wasn't aware it changed or is different in the s20

you have a pending notification for this update:

Tap the System Configuration Update notification directly.

Select Install or OK on the prompt.

The configuration will install automatically in the background without needing to restart your phone

I had the same update pop up on my Note 9 and performed the update.

I restarted my phone WITHOUT selecting the update, and the notification has disappeared.

If you selected the restart option, it installed the update.
