Challenges setting up G9 49" Gaming Monitor 

 

  1. Unable to register my monitor due to some problem. Told to try again end of the week means I cannot get warranty support. [Note I am in Canada]
  2. I have had an install issue for 4 days, but can’t seem to get support to for the issues below.
  3. It appears the drivers and the updated firmware need to be installed.
  4. The firmware update software can’t find the firmware image because it does start with M-A*; the most recent starts with M-TA according to what I’ve been told by Samsung support and downloaded from the site?
  5. The CG49… drivers error in the zip file when I try to execute the zip?
  6. There is no information on how to set up more than two monitors. My Dell dock supports two Display ports and an HDMI port.
