Odyssey G9 OLED strange blue connection notification

Hello, has anyone encountered a blue connection notification that travels around the screen border? its like a blue frame, or blue border that notifies some sort of connection, I have no idea what it is and it is not being triggered by me. it must be some neighbor despite my G9 being labeled properly as far as I know.

 It looks kinda like this. A blue frame with bubbles in the middle top. it used to say something like check your mobile device screen and now it doesn't say that. I urgently need to know how to stop this and what causes this connection. I have tried with all the Samsung software's, screen mirroring, smart things and such and none of those cause this notification type. they all trigger some other connection notification much different to this. Please help.

Maybe try going to your Accessibility setting and see if you have anything strange turned on by accident, or a 3rd party app thats interfering.

All accesibility is off and I would not know if a "3rd party app" causes this, if I knew I would stop it. The issue is I don't know what causes this notification. I need to know what causes this notification.

Have you verified you don't have smart devices connected besides your phone?

I don't have anything connected to my knowledge, again, the issue is I do not know what causes this notification type.

When the monitor is just on and not connected to anything like you unplugged all the cables and just provide power to it does it still show the notification
