Monitors and MemoryThere is a vertical line of dead pixels which showed up on my display last weekend, less than a month after receiving, while initially it was light green now it is dark green and quite distracting. I already applied for a service, the repair company was supposed to contact me 48 hours from Monday which would be Wednesday yet it is the weekend now and I've had no call. Is there an exchange policy I can take advantage of? I'm not looking forward to dropping off my monitor somewhere that's unable to contact me within the agreed upon time frame.

Monitors and MemoryHello! Thank you for reaching out! I see how this can be frustrating with your new monitor having a line on the screen. As you do already have this set up for service I would recommend continuing with that. But if you are within your exchange period you will need to contact your place of purchase to proceed that route. If it was purchased through us our return policy is typically 14 days. I would recommend calling directly at 1 (800) 726-7864.
