Note20Any updates on this issue? I'm having the exact same problems with my Note20. It doest matter what wifi I'm connected to, the phone keeps dropping the connection. It will usually reconnect by itself at some point and then drop the connection shortly thereafter. Very frustrating!

Note20Here are several troubleshooting steps you can try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001559
If the issue persists, it would be recommended to have the phone evaluated by a certified technician. For service options, send a private message with the full model code and IMEI number. http://bit.ly/2XERsky

Note20I have tried the steps above as well as all other troubleshooting steps and the issue persists. Definitely either a software issue or hardware issue with my specific unit.

Note20This isn't the solution. I have the same problem, I've only had this phone a little over a week. I have the latets updates as far as I know and I've used all of Samsung troubleshooting issues. Nothing works. This is insane for their best and most expensive phone.

Note20I find it unlikely that everyone here is experiencing the same fluke hardware issue, this seems most likly like a software issue considering the number of people having the same issue

Note20This is not helpful...Note ultra has a wifi problem. Its not the router, or my position, or anything else, this phone has connectivity issues...wifi cannot stay connected, poor signal, 5g is unusable and im in new york city...and 4g is slow as well...This phone is an expensive paper weight with a good speaker is my review after upgrading from a galaxy 9+ which had way better wifi in the same places, better 5g connectivity...Really only thing i notice thats upgraded is the speaker

Note20@SamsungRei, do you have any contacts at Samsung about this issue? Are they just ignoring it in hopes it is fixed with the one ui 3.0 and android 11 update? I agree with all of the other members. This is very frustrating that a phone this expensive can't manage the simple task of staying connected to to WiFi. I too have tried every trouble shooting step available outside of getting a new note 20...which I'm 99.99999% sure won't fix this issue. Thank you for listening.
Regards,
Disappointed note user.

Note20This is not a solution, its turning it off and on again. You have released a bug in your November update that is causung WiFi issues with 2.4 and 5 ghz networks. Turning it off and on does not fix your bug. (And ye I did try anyway)
Top end phone, biggest pile of problems, battery and WiFi.
Is there an update on a permanent PROPER fix?
