Who else is having problems with their front camera not working, after taking a forced update? I have done everything, including a factory reset. Nothing has worked and Samsung refuses to help. Their answer is to take my phone in to get serviced. I'm not paying to fix something that their update caused!

Hello, We certainly understand how frustrating it can be when your device is not meeting your expectations. Here is an article with some steps that may help.  http://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001329/  If the issue continues the next step would be a service repair.
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair:  https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html

The updates aren't forced. You agreed to them when you set up your phone. Find a place near you that fixes samsung devices or see if you can rollback your update

They said they can't undo any updates. I consider it forced when I can't opt out. There is no reason why they can't optional, like they used to be. Not all older models can handle the updates. Just a way to force people to get new phones.
