Note20I bought a note 20 ultra in Sri Lanka and have now moved to Sweden. My phone is less than a year old and should be in warranty. Now when I reported my issue of blank screen to the service center and support call center both refused to help stating that my phone is not bought in Europe.
So is Samsung not a global brand? Are they not liable to help when they have sold a defective device? I'm not the only one reporting this problem, the internet is full of such cases worldwide. Not only that even the service center acknowledge that this is a known issue and that they have verified that my phone is not physically damaged or water damaged.

Note20I understand how frustrating this is. Regrettably, support for non-US models is very limited. Mobile devices do not carry an international warranty. You would need to speak with support in Sri Lanka where the phone was purchased. We suggest reaching out to a support team in your area for further assistance. You can do so by using the following link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
