If your phone is still under warranty, contact Samsung and advise them of the results of the diagnostic test. This sounds like a hardware glitch, not a software error, and is not a typical result of a software glitch (which is usually a result of conflicts in programming). Then please mark this as an accepted solution so it closes the open issue. Good luck.

Note20Once your in the diagnostic screen, test the top three colors and also black. Does the black test look black or flicker green?
