Screen Repair needed for my Note 20?

I having issues regarding screen since 5 days . I called Samsung care 4+ times but no resolution. I was told that I cannot go to authorized service center instead I have to send device in mail to Samsung which takes about 10 to 14 days. Since it takes long time I asked for replacement / spare phone since half of my work is on phone and there is important data that I cannot transfer anywhere else . But Samsung is not willing to listen and they don't have even a single authorized service center ot Samsung service center in savannah. I was assured that I will be getting quality service before purchasing this 1300$ phone which indeed got problems in 4 months. My phone has not dropped even a single time nor does it has broken glass not even a scratch but the screen is having issues. I would definitely rethink on buying Samsung phone in future instead would like to go for oneplus or iPhone. Even Apple replaces the phones directly by sending replacement but smasung doesn't  except for carrier purchased phones. But for unlocked Samsung doesn't provide any spare phone. Very very disappointed by this......

Thank you so much Samsung for irritating customers.....and it has been my pleasure buying 1300$ phone but would not repeat this mistake again.
