I have always been able to receive security codes from my bank but suddenly today I can't get them. I have called the bank and they said the codes are being sent so it must be a problem with my phone - Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G. I work in Accounts Payable - I can't do my work without security codes from the bank. Can anyone help me please?

Note20They're not the best way to go if there's another choice.
I used one service previously where nearly all emails for it were delayed past the expiration time. Quite common for this to happen.
Spam changes and other things can get legitimate emails and text messages lost as well and sometimes you might not be able to do anything about that.
Keep waiting or see if you can get in another way. As soon as you get in to to account security and see if they offer another way. Warning on other ways: Such as 2FA codes you better use an app or security key that can backup those and/or you better use two devices. If you only use one then you can be locked out forever if the one device broke, got lost, etc! However, getting in is instant when these others are offered.
You'll just have to deal with it like everyone 🙂

Note20Thank you so much for your quick reply. I will call the bank again tomorrow (night time here in Australia) and see if there is some other way other than sms. I think I got a customer service agent today who didn't really know much - he said he uses an iPhone and doesn't know anything about android.....and he was on the 'Help' desk!! I really appreciate your input, thanks again.
