Update over the air

My s10 would update ota anytime i have unlimited data so  and i own my phone bought from samsung direct any ideas?

Some updates will not download over the air. My s21 ultra had an update that required wifi, even tho I have unlimited data and have always updated over the air. It has to do with the carrier I believe.
