I am trying to play a PowerPoint presentation continuously on a Samsung UN55H6503AF TV. The presentation plays and loops as it should. However, each time it loops, I get the error message: "This audio data not supported" The presentation has no audio. The message goes away after a few seconds but I want to remove the message completely. I exported the PP Presentation with an H.264 mpeg4 format. I have read where I need to change the mpeg4 format to get this message to go away. I could use some specific help on this issue. Do you know what format is needed and how I can convert my file?
Can you export your file and save it as PPTX? PPTX is the native handle for pp in Microsoft. or, file save as PPTX. I am not at my computer to double check that though.
