65" Class Samsung Neo QLED 8K QN800D / QN65QN800DFXZA Purchased 11-16-24

Initially the guide displayed information for all channels. After a month there was no information for random channels. We can select information-less channels, which display as normal, then go back to the guide and the information is there. Information will remain current until TV power is cycled.

I have re-scanned and all is good there, but the missing channel information persist.

Help / direction appreciated, JT

I have the same tv, just a model older.
And the guide also depends on how you're receiving. You're broadcasting such as over the air, Is cable or satellite or wifi online etc...
With mine to get the analog channels guide info, I had to finish the service provider info during the initial setup. And you also have yo set the TV's clock.
I don't know If it'll help, but I attached a picture of some guide settings from my e-manual.20250112_114341_1000003052_1736711023.jpg

Thank you MrSkip for the reply.

Went through the "Service Provider" setup again. It changed the service provider from zip code only to "Broadcast TV OTA (zip code)". Powered down for an hour then back up, guide was fully populated. Lets see what tomorrow brings.

Still the lingering question of why it worked, then it didn't?

Thanks again, JT
