I tried the two button hold but the remote will not pair. Unplugged the TV for several minutes anbd tried again. Still will not pair.

In the event they don't work, the remote may need to be replaced. You can either reach out to our parts department to order a new remote, or you can send any of the mods a private message with the TV's full model code and serial number.
