I have a 2025 Samsung frame 65” tv. My white solar remote keeps unpairing with the tv every time the tv turns off. I can easily re-pair it but it’s annoying to re-pair the remote every single time I turn it on. I contacted Samsung and they sent me a new remote and it’s also doing the same thing. I have power cycled the one box, hard reset the remote, software is up to date. When I press the power button, it turns on but the mic light blinks red and I then have to re-pair the remote with the tv because no other button works and mic light keeps blinking red. At this point, the tv has to be the problem. Any solutions or do I need a technician to come out?
