QLED and The FrameWe are unable to get the closed captioning to work on Samsung QLED QN55Q6DTAF. We are Spectrum Cable customers and have contacted both Spectrum and Samsung. Spectrum said is was a Samsung issue and Samsung said they did not have any resolution to my problem. Can anyone help me? Thank you!

QLED and The FrameThanks for your response, I found a person in tech support with Spectrum cable that was able to correct the problem.
