QLED and The FrameJust under 1 year ago I purchase a Q900R 8K TV. It failed just under one year. Samsung support acknoledged it is broken and that it is under warranty. But Samsung support will not call me back to sechedule a date to fix it. I have been totally ignored for over a week, after 3 calls to the support phone number.
DO NOT buy a Samsung TV, the support is worse than you can imagine.
