It's hard to say how much faster but it does seem more power hungry. I don't think any major settings such as screen resolution or refresh rate were changed because I had the highest before. Maybe it will take a few days to learn and put apps to sleep?
Mine is draining fast also. I can usually make it from 6am to 9pm. Today it was less than 30% by 230pm. At this rate is would of been drained by 5pm.I'm not a heavy user so my battery is always consistent except today.
After a major software update, device is still learning your usage pattern so it make take a few days for battery drain to be back to normal. if you still experience the issue after a few days, Please send us an error report from the Samsung memberās app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue.
