Why does it show on my phone that on my husband's phone is either sending or receiving samsung messages

It says his phone is dont use Samsung I use google

If you share a Google account, that may be the reason you can see activity on his device.  Each device should have it's own Google account.  You give very little detail as to what is happening and which phones you and your husband have.
