If it's a discount for samsung
Go to

https://www.samsung.com/us/shop/discount-program/military/

Login with you samsung account and see if you can remove it from there that's kinda a tricky one without telling samsung customer service you don't want it

If it's a discount on something else go to the source and search for a option that says Un-subcribe or something like that bro
