Lock screen sensitivity

When i first set up my phone, I set it so that whenever i lifted my phone up, it would turn on. Over time, it's gotten more and more annoying. I am a runner, and I track my runs on my phone, and I hold it while I run, triggering it to turn on. And when I use my flashlight, it turns on when I hold it, so I turn it off. It immediately turns back on.

I tried looking for it in lock screen settings, but it wasn't there. Does anyone know where it is?

Do you wish to turn off lift to wake?

Go to settings, type in lift in the search box , toggle off lift to wake. There are other settings you can get into in this section, motion and gestures!

I had lift to wake on for a week before I turned it off.
Jostle to wake is what it really was.
