On my s23 ultra, the color of the clock and my widgets on my lockscreen randomly swap between the set color and the theme of my wallpaper

Long press on your lock screen, go to color and make sure you don't have the one that has an A, it stands for adaptive, pick any of the solid colors, scroll all the way to the right and there will be a color wheel. Pick the color your want.
