Samsung Apps and ServicesThe banner shows because ID.me is integrated into your Samsung account. You can log into your ID.me account and revoke access if you do not want to receive these deals.

Samsung Apps and ServicesI just assume that you get the banner because you originally set up your Samsung account through an academic/student discount link. If you are no longer eligible for academic discounts and/or do not want to see the banner, simply create a new Samsung account. I don't know why anyone wouldn't want discounts, or know that they are available. Don't forget to log your phone out of the old one before attempting to sign into a new one on your device.

I would recommend submitting an error report via the Samsung Members app. You can do this by following the steps below.
Steps to Submit an Error Report (Samsung Members)
1. Open Samsung Members: Launch the app and tap Support on the bottom menu.
2. Select Error Reports: Tap Send feedback > Error reports.
3. Choose Category: Select the most relevant category (e.g., Camera, System, Network).
4. Describe the Issue: Provide detailed information about the issue.
5. Attach Data: Attach screenshots, screen recordings, or videos if available.
6. Include Logs: Ensure the Send system log data option is checked to help engineers diagnose the issue.
7. Send: Tap the Send icon (paper plane/arrow).
