I WISH samsung would find a way to combine sleep scores even if the sleep was disrupted, such as waking up to use the rest room. As it is now, the Samsung health app divides the sleep times into two (or three) sleep sessions with their own individual scores. I wish there was a way the app (with the use of the Watch) could combine the scores to give us an avg. My Honor Band 5 is able to combine those scores, even if sleep was disrupted.
