Samsung Keyboard: AI Sticker persistent bubble

Persistent bubble appears on AI sticker, though there is nothing there and I do not use the feature. App is up to date, cleared cache, attempted to remove from toolbar (can't)...

Any ideas?

That orange dot?  That's the notification dot telling you there is a new message or feature.  You can: a) edit the keyboard toolbar to remove the button if you don't use the feature (you'll still be able to access it through the settings if you want), b) tap the bubble and read the notification.  It will stay there until you interact.

That's the issue. When clicking through, there is no new message or feature to be seen. It persists with no way to clear it. AI Sticker option cannot be disabled as the other sections can. I have submitted an error report.

You can always switch keyboards.  I don't have that on my Google keyboard.

Yeah, I've considered that. Gboard is okay, but I thoroughly enjoy Keys Cafe and miss being able to place the voice input on the left hand side of the navbar.

What about if you turn AI features (or Gemini) off on the phone, will the Gemini icon go away? I just switched to the Samsung keyboard, and it still is not on mine.  Could be because I have an A series phone that does not get the advanced AI features, but they way they are ramming Gemini (or any AI, really) down people's gullets, I am surprised it's not.  Equally surprised it's not on the Google keyboard.  What about if you reposition the icon to the end of the list where it's not smack in the middle of your vision field.  Long press, hold and slide.

Nope. Turning off the related AI feature does not remove it from the keyboard, oddly enough.

May just be a quirk with the beta, now that I think about it. Didn't consider that possibility initially, though I should have.

@CEParsons To make it disappear, click on the +. Then click on each of the items Doodle, 3D emoji, Retro logo, View all, etc. Then the dot should disappear.
