Samsung Apps and ServicesThere seems to be an issue / new bug with Samsung Shop portal.
Recently I had multiple orders with Samsung with each order having multiple item.
Basis Samsung support and online FAQ, once item gets delivered, you would see a Download Invoice link to get your invoice.
This does appear as soon as order is delivered. However once you click it, it downloads invoice with only 1 item.
For e.g.
You have bought a charger and cable. If the first item is cable, the invoice downloaded will be only having cable.
If you have bought a phone, case. If the first item as per samsung orders page is the case, then the invoice would only have the case.
Further we have to raise a ticket with samsung shop support to give me a duplicate invoice.
