Camera connectivity issues (error at Samsung cloud phase)

Hello, 

 
I have been trying to connect my smart camera to my phone but it keeps giving me errors. 
I did have it set up to my phone once but now I had to try to redo it but it's not helping as it keeps showing me error when Its in the registerstion to Samsung cloud phase.
 
Does anybody else face this issue?
