Hi,
I have Samsung security camera that worked on Internet Explorer. Now that Internet Explorer has gone completely away, I cannot get it to work on Edge. It tells me to download Silverlight which I have. It keeps telling me to download it and when I do it says its already downloaded. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled but still same thing. I've called the Samsung tech support and when they do answer which is very seldom, they say there is nothing wrong.
I've had this system for about 6 years.
Any suggestions?
