10.1 tab 4 doesn't load factory software

I did a factory reset using the settings menu on my tab 4, but the tablet did not load the factory settings. I then tried using the buttons, to wipe data/factory settings, then reboot the system now, still nothing, just the Samsung logo, and the sound, can I get the software any other way?

Using ODIN can help. Or go to a Samsung experience store, or call customer service.

Try using Samsung Switch program on your PC, connect your device and see if it will do an emergency firmware download.
