Not going to like android 13 comes with some pros and cons but recently since I upgraded to android 13 like 2 weeks ago my Galaxy Tab A8 has be acting sluggish apps close on there own apps crash sometimes screen is unresponsive some one Ui is unresponsive even google play store and every app be Acting slow or just won't respond
Try going into recovery and clearing cache partition and then repair apps. See if that helps. Also, if you are using Good Lock that was causing problems for me when I first upgraded to Android 13. I deleted that until they issued an upgrade which seemed to help immensely.
