App isn't responding

Does anyone know how to turn off app isn't responding its shows up on almost every app on my tab a9 its very annoying

What do you mean by "turn it off"?

Why would you want to turn off a warning?  If all your apps get that message, you need to do some phone housekeeping.  Clear your cache partition, optimize and find out what's causing the error.
