It is my belief that all(children's excluded) tablets should have cellular capabilities. Search the internet for Tablet a7 text messages and you will find many unhappy customers who want this option on their tablet. Sending mine back. So frustrating!
"WIFI Only" means just that. The Samsung T-505 will have a space for a sim card. This model is hard to find though. But there are Samsung tablets out there you can buy that have phone capability. alternatively, install google voice app and use the phone that way.
