Facebook will not scroll

Hi everyone...hoping for the solution to a very recent problem.

Got a FB update 2 days ago and of course did it...welllll, since then my FB WILL NOT SCROLL😭I tried a few things, but nothing is working.
Wondering if anyone else had this happen and what to do to fix it.

If Facebook is the only app you are experiencing issues with, you will need to contact the app developers directly. Facebook is a third party app that Samsung doesn't maintain and we don't have access to see what's going on in the back end of it. If you are having issues with Facebook as well as other apps, you can try the troubleshooting steps in the following link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10000736/

Did you try to clear the app cache? Or you could try to uninstall and then re-install the app. It probably got bugged some how.

Tried everything..I think it was a bad update...when I reinstalled it started to scroll again, but stopped very quickly😮..too frustrating to deal with. I'll just use FB through another browser..thanks for the help 😊

Force stop, disable then pit in normal again.
You can try to clear partition.

Mine has been doing the same thing for several days. I cleared the cache then it stopped working

Should not have stopped working by clearing cache. Did you a accidentally clear the data by chance

I'm m having the same issue. I had to switch to Facebook Lite and I hate it. I have tried all the suggestions, but they do not work, including clearing the cache, and uninstalling the app at least 5 times and nothing!. Facebook works just fine on my Samsung phone but not on this brand new Samsung Tab S10 Ultra.

I'm having the same problem and had to install Facebook lite. How hard can this be to fix l l l i think Samsung installs some special verdin self scared this up.
