Can we please get a software update date to fix the tab7 plus charging issue it a software problems soon as my fold2 got the latest update the fast charging started working again
Are you sure it's not fast charging? I thought the same after the last update. I know on my phone, when I first plug in to charging cord, it will show fast charging for a couple seconds on the task bar on top then just say charging. However when I go into settings and then to battery and device care, it shows that it is indeed fast charging.
If it's not working, Reproduce the issue and then open the Samsung Members app, click on Support (Lower right)->Feedback->Send Error Report, Remember to check on "Send System Data Log"
