Tablets
After much research on the Samsung website and watching marketing campaigns, I was convinced the Tab S10 FE would be great, portable, note-taking tablet, bringing in the new AI to the experience. But I am woefully dissapointed and feel scammed honestly. When I fingally got it, I found it cannot do even the most basic functions like Grammar or Spell Check. Here is the what is missing i have found so far:
In Samsung Notes, there is no "Galaxy AI" feature, aka "Note Assist", aka "three-star" button. So the following are missing:
-Autoformat
-Summarize
-Spelling and Grammar
-Translate
-Transcribe
Additionally Samsung browser also doesn't support:
-Summarize
-Translate
To add salt to the wound, Samsung markets the "Book Cover Keyboard Slim - WITH AI KEY!" I bought it believing it gave quick access to cool AI features of this tablet, but all the AI key does is map to Bixby or Gemini AI. There is no Samsung AI here. Fooled me again!
In samsung.com/us/tablets/compare/ there is no mention that FE tablet will have vastly less note taking ability than any other product (not even spell check or grammar)
In samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10000941/ is says the Tab S10 FE supports "Note Assist with Galaxy AI".
Where did I go wrong in thinking this was a good platform for student or individual note taking? Am I missing something? I worked with Samsung customer service through SMS chat and they remoted into my machine through Tutor app, but they found no explanation as to why it was missing and then asked me to post here for help. So...help? Did I just waste a ton of money?

Unfortunately, it is incumbent upon the consumer to do adequate research as to the specific features of a device before making a major purchase.
Most retailers, including samsung.com, offer a 15 day return window. If you are within that window, you should be able to swap the device for one that includes your desired features.
