Just wifi. I have Hotspot on my phone, so didn't see the need for LTE.

Ok, just wondered since you mentioned a carrier. Carrier isn't important for the Wifi version updates.

Unfortunately, T-Mobile (my carrier) is light-years behind providing OTA updates from either Samsung or Google for phones on their network. My Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is still stuck at UI 6.1 (latest version is supposed to be UI6.1.1) forever! I am not sure why T-Mo is slow. I may have to switch over to Verizon of AT&T after being with T-Mo for over 23 years because of this issue.
