Memory card

I have a Samsung notebook 7S I cannot get the slot for the memory card open, looked on you tube. It will not open how can I install the SD card?

stick a pin in it or a paperclip. I did read a thread last week that a bunch of them that shipped to Bestbuy had faulty spring loads in them not allowing the tray to slide out properly . Apply a little force but not too much. If it doesnt open after that I would replace. Hope that Helps
