New Keyboard does not come on S11 tablet

Just purchase S11 tablet with cover w/keyboard. On screen keyboard pops up but the physical keyboard won't turn on. How do I get it to work? @

Sometimes they come with plastic sticker over the pins that needs removed before they will connect is the only thing I can think of at the moment

My Bad, once the tablet was completely done loading the keyboard worked.
