Notes constantly open from my tablet

Whenever I click the 'Recents' icon on my navigation bar, it says that Notes from my Tablet is open, but my tablet doesn't have notes open. This has been happening for 2-ish days now.

When I click to open the supposed note from my tablet on my phone, it just loads forever unless I close out of it.

Close out all your open apps, then restart your tablet? See if that helps
