I, too, am very unhappy with my phone sin e this latest 'forced update". Can not get Game Booster and/Optimizer to STOP. My settings menu will not si.ply pull down from the top. Many of my apps are lagging and I've noticed way too many NEW SYSTEM APPS that seemed to appear with this update. I do not like anything about it and am searching for a solution to uninstall it. Keep ya posted and please respond d if anyone has already found a solution.

Clear the device cache:
1) Turn off your device.
2) Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Side/Power button until you feel a vibration and the Samsung logo appears. Let go of the buttons.
3) You will now be in Android recovery. Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Wipe cache partition."
4) Press the Side/Power button to execute.
5) Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Yes."
6) Press the Side/Power button to execute.
7) "Reboot system now" will already be highlighted. Press the Side/Power button to execute.
