Passcode not working on Tablet

I have a Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet.  I went to put my passcode in and it keeps telling me to try again.  After 5 tries it tell me to wait 30 seconds to try again. It does not give me an option to request a security question.  Other than setting it back to factory is there something else I can do to get into my tablet?

Go to find my device for Samsung and then sign in and then unlock it from there you have to use the same Samsung account as your tablet
