TabletsI just spent 6 hours at my local Verizon store. The salesman and I were on the phone with Verizon customer support all that time. We were trying to connect my new Galaxy Tab S10+ Plus (5G, 256GB, Wi-Fi + Cellular, Fully Unlocked Android Tablet) to the Verizon network for mobile data and voice. We tried four SIM cards and one eSIM installation and talked to five or six different tech support people from tier 1 to Senior Manager. The most they could accomplish was to ger the SIM to identify SIM 1 as "Verizon Wireless /Unknown Number."
Has anyone else had this problem? Were you able to solve it?
