TabletsHi everybody, just bought Galaxy A9+ 5G and when trying to register it screen says it's already registered and to check serial number etc., and try again. Cannot get any further. Help would really be appreciated.

TabletsDid you buy it used or "refurbished", if you did, the previous owner most likely did not remove it from their account. If you can return it to where you purchased it, I suggest you do so before your return window closes.

Hang on. Contact Samsung customer service about the issue and be ready to send them proof of ownership. I'm sure they can assist you in getting it registered. Your not the first person whom has had this issue and won't be the last.
