Really miss using this feature to make an app in a pop-up window mode transparent while multitasking. Seems to be have taken away by One UI 7 update. Very unfortunate, if I knew, I would not have opted into upgrading my software. Really really hope this feature returns. Was great for productivity while at work.

You cannot. You get three chances yo postpone or schedule, then it installs anyway.
